Jeremy’s practice consists primarily of represents individuals and closely-held businesses in transactional matters including entity selection and formation, asset and stock purchases, close corporation and LLC operating agreements, employment contracts, non-compete covenants. He represents community banks in insolvency and restructuring matters, including forbearance agreements and workouts, foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy claims, and deed-in-lieu and lease matters. He also advises and represents clients in matters concerning estate and business succession planning.
