Rick Rieser is a graduate with honors from Capital Law School. He has considerable experience in many aspects of business law including business start up, corporate strategy, resolving disputes and litigation.

Rick also has experience in negotiating and setting family law situations including divorce, child welfare, child custody and juvenile matters.  Rick also has a solid understanding of state and federal laws that are in place to protect children and students from intimidation, harassment and bullying in their school. Rick’s education also includes a Masters in Family Science from The Ohio State University

Rick has served on numerous state and national boards including the Governor’s Council on Education Reform and the National Advisory Council for the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organization.
